Canada’s provinces have their own streams which allow the applicants to apply for nomination and eventually proceed for submission of permanent residence application to IRCC.
For example, in a program stream, provinces and territories may target:
students
business people
skilled workers
semi-skilled workers
The province may select candidates from the Express Entry pool or the application can be sent directly to the specific province depending on the eligibility.
